Shipping

Ground shipment normally deliver in 3-5 business days depending on your proximity to Texas.  We will send your Ground Shipment either US Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx depending on which gives the best service to your location.  Ammunition is not HazMat but must be shipped Ground.  All shipments that include ammunition will be shipped Ground.  US Postal Service will not deliver ammunition and will therefore these shipments will only be shipped with UPS or FedEx.  UPS and FedEx must be delivered to a physical address(no PO Boxes).  For orders under a total value of $800 before taxes, Ground shipping will be a flat $20.00.  Orders with a value of at least $800.00 before taxes will receive FREE Ground Shipping. 

*Please Note on any orders containing any 9MM, .38 Super Comp, Shooting Targets, Shipping is now $30 Per Shipment and unfortunately, Free shipping IS NOT available on these Orders*

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.  Once an order is shipped, the RETURN POLICY will apply.  Special Orders may not be cancelled or returned.

Our goal at Killough Shooting Sports is to offer top notch service and products.  If you need to return a product, please see the policy below for further instructions.  Pay close attention as there are different policies for different items.

ALL NEW ITEMS

Items are defective, not as described, or damaged:

We accept returns or exchanges of any new item if it is defective, not as described, or damaged in shipping.  In these instances, if you choose to return the item, you will be refunded in full, including shipping and return shipping.  If you choose to exchange the item, we will pay for return shipping of the item you received and shipping of the new item to you.  You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for returning the product. 

You ordered the wrong item:

In the event that you ordered the wrong item, we will exchange the item or refund your money, less the cost of all shipping charges.  You will be responsible for all shipping to and from KSS and our warehouses.  You have 5 days from the date the shipment was delivered to contact us and make arrangements for the exchange or refund. Please note any refund will not include any Sales tax you may have paid.
